Chartered Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe), with a Master of Laws in Business Law, a law degree and a commerce degree, and more than 12 years of experience in risk and governance.
My work covers data-privacy audits, GDPR, HIPAA and PDPA (Singapore) compliance, trade, anti-corruption and AML compliance audits, internal and forensic audits, SOX compliance, and privacy risk and impact assessments. I built this experience at PwC, EY and KPMG and at Johnson Controls, where I was Lead Internal Auditor for the Asia-Pacific region.
Today I am Managing Partner of HST Assure Advisors, advising founders, boards and regulated entities on transactions, regulation, governance and data privacy. I also teach, including as faculty for the ICAI Board of Studies.

- Edtech startup with its own learning management system and Android app, offering courses in tax, finance and allied laws, including ADIT. I teach a few courses on the platform.
